A #3 self-drilling point drills through metal easily and eliminates the need for any pre-drilling. These screws are designed to anchor drywall to metal and the bugle head sits flush with the drywall once installed. The zinc coating is only suitable for use in dry interior environments. Self-Drilling Screws are often referred to as Tek screws or Teks screws.
